By using this website or placing an order with The Gift Man you agree to these terms.

How an order works

  1. You send a brief describing the gift. This is free and has no obligation.
  2. We chat with you and send a quote with the price, the advance and a ready-by date.
  3. When you accept the quote and pay the advance, your order is confirmed.
  4. Where it makes sense, we share a design preview. You can approve it or ask for reasonable changes.
  5. You pay the balance before we ship or hand over the gift.

Quotes and prices

  • Prices are in Indian rupees. A quote is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.
  • Every gift is made to order, so the final price is the quote you accepted. If you ask for something extra, we will tell you the new price first.
  • The "from" prices shown on the website are only a guide.

Payments

  • We usually take an advance (often half) to start work, and the balance before delivery.
  • Payments are made by UPI. We check each payment by hand and tell you in the chat. Your order is confirmed only once we have recorded your advance.

Your content

  • You promise that you own, or have permission to use, any photo, text, name or artwork you send us, and that it is lawful.
  • We may refuse a request that is unlawful or harmful, or that we cannot make well.
  • You keep your rights in what you send. You allow us to use it only to make and deliver your order.

Our work

  • The designs, photos and text on this website belong to us.
  • We like to show finished gifts in our gallery and on social media. We show the gift only, never private messages. Tell us in the chat before delivery if you do not want yours shown.

Handmade and made to order

Each gift is handmade, so small differences in colour, size and finish are normal and part of the charm. We always aim to match the design you approved.

Delivery, changes and refunds

Our responsibility

We take great care, but we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, weather or wrong addresses. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Using the website

Please use the website honestly. Do not try to break it, copy it, or use it to harm others. We may close accounts that misuse it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
