Made to order, so it takes a little time

• Most gifts take 1 to 3 weeks. Each gift page shows its usual making time, and your quote shows a ready-by date.
• Urgent gifts may be possible. Tell us the date you need it in your brief.

Where we deliver

• We deliver across India by courier or local delivery. Your quote includes the delivery charge.
• Some gifts, such as cakes, chocolates, flowers and decorations, need fresh or local delivery. We will tell you what is possible for your city when we quote.
• We do not ship outside India at the moment. Ask us if you need it.

Secret deliveries

If it is a surprise, choose "deliver to the recipient" in your brief and give us the recipient's address and phone number. We will keep it quiet.

Packing and tracking

• We pack every gift carefully.
• We share tracking details in your chat when we ship.
• Please give a correct address, a phone number that works, and the best time to deliver.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or wrong addresses are outside our control, but we will help you chase them.

When it arrives

Please check your gift when it arrives. If there is a problem, follow our Refunds & Cancellations page: message us within 48 hours with photos.
